Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please email Info@yptmgames.com at least 48 hours before the schedule start time. Deposits are non-refundable even with proper notice of cancelation. Proper notice of at least 48 hours has to be given in order to reschedule. Once proper notice is given you have 6 months from the original event date to reschedule your event. If event is not rescheduled within 6 months, deposit and all other monies will be forfeited. Events can be booked no more 12 months in advance.
